If an individual has been granted a default judgment in their favor or a default judgment opposing them, they must fill out the proper default judgment forms to follow up with the charge. Each State has its own default judgment forms. To find default judgment forms, one can either print one off of their computer or find one at the courthouse in which the case took place.
If an individual chooses to print a default judgment form, it is important to print a State-approved form. When filling out default judgment forms it is advisable to do so in front of a legal representative should you run into any questions or find any confusion. If you choose to fill out a default judgment form alone, it is equally advisable to have a legal representative look over to form prior to filing the form with the court.
